I met Pat in October of 2003.  We had tried to sell our house with several realtors up until that point with no success.  We had several aggressive and not so aggressive agents that could not bring us a buyer.  Those that did bring a buyer to us ultimately ended up losing the deal for us.  When I met Pat, he was very informative and truly acted like he cared about our situation.  At that time, I was frustrated with the whole selling process and did not get Pat to list our property for us.  Hindsight is 20/20 and I wish we would have listed with him the very first time.  Eventually, I called Pat and decided to give him a try.  To make a long story short, Pat Kelly is the Agent that you want on your side.  He not only listens to your needs, but goes well beyond what typical agents do.  His web presentations are truly amazing compared to most agent sites out there.  On a professional and personal level, He is the most honest and well balanced agent that we have ever met.  Pat will not sugar coat anything and will tell the truth all the time.  Pat is very patient and knows instinctively what to do and not to do.  We were not on a roller coaster with Pat.  When we recieved a contract, above our asking price, Pat really shined.  He took care of everything and he definatley knows how to close a deal with both sides feeling like a winner.  Pat, and his wife, are some of the nicest people that we have ever had the pleasure to meet and you cannot go wrong with Pat Kelly.  Pat, all I can say is that you are the greatest!  You outshine them all!
