Two ways to save

When you hire me as your agent to help you find a new
home you get all of the advantages of being represented by a Real
Estate Profession plus a rebate of my commission equal to up to
1% of the price of your home. Best of all it does not cost you
anything, as the builder pays my commission. So why let the
salesman that works for the builder get all of the commission when you
can put a piece of it in your pocket, and let the builder pay for a
Real Estate Profession help you the through the process. You
must hire me as your agent before you talk with the builder. Do
not put your name or contact information on anything before you talk
with me. |

While I do not recommend doing without the advise of a
Real Estate Profession, but if you prefer to go it alone you can
receive a rebate of my commission equal to up to 2% of the price
of your home when you hire me. The difference is you do not
receive any advice on negotiating, or help through the process.
